Prices range from £50 to £95 per night for the entire apartment depending on dates booked. Minimum booking three nights. Please email us for the currrent price. (Please note that prices quoted are for the property and are not per person).

Cot hire, welcome pack, champagne and flowers are all available if required at extra cost, email us for details.
Reservations
A £200 sterling deposit, or full payment if less than eight weeks from departure, is required to confirm the booking. Final payment will be due eight weeks prior to departure date. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received and cleared. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to J. Henly. If wishing to pay by bank transfer please email for bank details.
In the unfortunate event of cancellation, it should be noted that reservation payments are non refundable. However if we are successful in reletting the property we will refund 70% of your payment subject to 28 days notice being provided by email or in writing.
All bookings must include the number and identity of the guests booking the apartment. Please note: this is a no smoking and no pets apartment.
The client booking the property will be liable for the behaviour of all persons accompanying him/her. Any persons breaching this rule will be asked to leave the property without the right to claim any type of compensation. Arrival
Property will be made available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure. A cash damage deposit of £200 sterling will be requested on arrival. This will be refunded in full after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment subject to no damage being found by the managing agent.
Cleaning
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival, upon departure you are obliged to leave the property ina reasonable condition. A cleaning and laundry fee of £40 will be payable on departure.
Liability
The owner of the property shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consquence of the use by the client of the property, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.
